游泳为什么一定要高肘

在游泳池等场合我们常常会看到很多人在水里不休地挥动动手臂,但是游动的速率却很慢,乃至是原地不动。究其缘故就是举措不到位。如今的武艺足以让我们拍下我们的水下举措,然后加以分析改良。
在这里我先讲一下高肘举措,高肘顺应于四种泳姿(蛙、自、仰、蝶)。底下以自在泳为例来报告高肘举措的优点!

简便来说蝶泳,蛙泳,仰泳水下的抓水、抱水、推水历程为了富裕确保对水的最大面积,并且变更背阔肌群的力气帮助增速推水,也应该做到水下全程高肘,制止拖肘、拉肘、沉肘、低肘举措的显现。
